Takeover By Mom

Katie and Jay are on vacation with Mom and Dad for the next two weeks so, unbeknown to Katie, I (her mother) have taken over her blog! I've been tossing around the idea of starting my own blog, but I thought I would try hers out first! The family has been gone since last Wednesday and if you know me at all I get a little crazy when my kids are gone! They seem to keep me grounded. I've been kind of wandering around the house listlessly and talking to the animals. Robert has been keeping me entertained, but he had to work yesterday and today! I am trying to make the most of my time, but there's only so much you can clean! Robert has been teaching me to ride his motorcycle! I told him he didn't know what he was starting! Of course, his bike is too big for me so I need to get one that fits me! :) We actually went looking for one this past weekend! I didn't really find one that I liked. One salesman was appalled that I could actually ride a motorcycle in a dress! He thought that was awful! I guess he's never been exposed to a lady! Well, I must go wander around the house some more!
