I survived the dreaded recital! I did quiet well. I really enjoyed it. Mom was so nervous. She was WAY more nervous than I was. I was nervous, but I was excited at the same time. Afterwards we went to Cary. I had fun up there. (Nathan was with us) ; ) Then we came home and chilled out. It was a good day. Yesterday I slept ALL afternoon. Very unusual for me. I slept and slept! Then came home from church and slept some more. I was exhausted. Must've been something to do with being so tense Saturday. It took me all day to come off of the adrenaline rush. Playing for the recital was fun, but was very tense for me. Since the recital I have had to play "How Great Thou Art" at least 3 times! I am so sick of that song! Today at my lessons I'm going to ask my piano teacher if she has another advanced hymn arrangement that I can work on. I had so much fun practicing that piece. I'm serious! I loved it! Not much else is going on. Just the same old same old. : ) Later!
